To whom so ever it may concern,
(Contractor Name) have a fully equipped Concrete Batching Plant where we mix our own Concrete (C30) in our facility as required by the production. This help us to maintain the Quality of the Mix design as per our Submittal Reference No: xxx. We are sending the cubes for testing to a third party to measure the 7 days and 28 days strength and the test results are been attached to the Material Submittal for your kind review.
Based on the above (Contractor Name) are taking the responsibility of the concrete floor of the pods for its stability and this is covered under the General warranty of the (Contractor Name) bathroom pods. We are looking forward to receive your approval at the earliest on our Submittal.
