Dear Sir,

Regarding the latest rejection on our material submittal Ref xxx, please note that we have followed the ID Drawing Ref KZ-T-7001 for the thickness of the mirror which is 6MM. We had followed the same in our shop drawings earlier and never had any comments. 

However we can follow your specification as requested lately and can provide 8mm thick mirrors considering this will be easily available in the market.   

Based on our correspondence with Major Glass/ Mirror supplier they all have advised that 8mm Mirror is not a standard item and may have to manufacture as per order from the mother company. Please see attached few email correspondences from different supplier for your reference and understanding.

However for the Mock up since we don’t have the luxury to wait we request you for an approval to use 6MM mirrors which can be replaced later once we finalize the mirror source before for the mass production. We believe this 2mm change in Mirror thickness will not affect the aesthetic impression of the bathroom pods in any way.

We seek your approval for the same at the earliest for our records.
