Dear Mr. xxx,
Even though we have an approval on the series 300 sliding door mechanism, we would like to submit a new advanced series which we believe will be a better solution for this project. This will be more durable and stable when it comes to sliding mechanism.
According to our technical team this sliding mechanism can solve many of the comments we had on our mock up. So we appreciated if you can present this to the client and get us an approval to proceed with the project.
