Subject: Termination of Swimming pool works Subcontract Agreement

Dear Engr. Zoher,

With reference to the aforementioned subject, we express our serious concern that you have been denied our instruction as well as the consultant instruction to expedite and complete the swimming pool works for last three months.

Despite of our several warnings and numerous instructions, we did not observe any positive momentum or intention from the Blue Ocean Landscaping LLC to complete the project, rather failed to fulfill your contractual obligation.

Therefore, we hereby terminate our Subcontract Agreement of Swimming pool Works with immediate effect between Menders Contracting & Maintenance LLC and Blue Ocean Landscaping LLC.
