With reference of the above I would like to inform that I am going to short vacation and will not be available at site from 10^th June xxx to 20^th June xxx.

I would like to confirm that Mr. xxx in Civil and Mr.Muhammed xxx in MEP have authorization to receive and sign any documents and to deal the day to day activities.
