Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we are hereby attaching our communication (letter ref no: xxx) with the client for electrical component requirement in the lift and we also written to our subcontractor (letter ref no: xxx).

Our attached communication (letter ref no: CC/269/CM/090) and quotation for the electrical component requirement in the lift given by SCHINDLER need to be finalise as this is specific requirement by the lift supplier  and we have ELCB in DEWA load schedule but subcontractor need RCCB which is not in our scope.

So, kindly review our communication to the client (letter ref no: CC/269/CM/090) and advice as well as our coordination charge to be added on the cost finalized by client for the requirement of electrical component in the lift.
