To confirm the door for stag bar near garbage room

Subject        : To confirm the door for stag bar near garbage room and door near public toilet to service lift at ground floor

Dear Sir,

With reference to above we would like to inform you that there is bit confusion that following area door and scope of work to discrepancy as described

1) Stag bar area the door which is neare bar counter towards garbage room

    is not awarded to DESTEK and who will fix the same, kindly advice as it is in  

    DESTEK area

2) The door between public toilet and service tolilet has been awarded to  

    MAKSTYLO and DESTEK both and only one agency canproduce and fix

So, kindly look in to these missing door nomination as well as duplicacy, please do needful to clear the issue
