With reference to above we are hereby submitting original bank guarantee renewed on 13/10/2015 and vilid tillxxx.

Kindly note the following which are mutually agreed between client and Chirag contracting during our meeting held on xxx at site in presence of Mr. xxx Sharpe, Mr xxxVerma, and Mr xxxMehtani

1) This bank guarantee will not be in cash without closing our variation approval and extension of time for the project as our claim pending

2) Our letter formal written confirmation on 06.03.2018 also have agreed terms and condition must be fulfilled and followed
