Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that we followed continuously to provide tile for 14th floor toilet and ablution area, but we did not have any new nomination with current rate from client.  Kindly note the following.

1. As white house tile supplied to our project in 2016 for basement one and Ground Floor and same tile recommended for 14^th floor, in new finishing schedule, but no order has been placed by the client.

• By taking proactive step, we are following since almost a month with Alsaya General Trading LLC and finally they send incomplete quotation with current rate and they also informed that it will take 6 to 7 weeks to deliver the same after order confirmation.

So, kindly look in to this issue and either change the tile brand or type or discuss with supplier as well as rate to be finalized or kindly advice.
