Subject : Regarding approval of the 60×60 false ceiling sample in the rest room area at typical floor and submittal submitted for approval along with physical sample.
Dear Sir,
With reference to above we would like to inform you that the rest room false ceiling mock up approval by the client with 60×60 gypsum panel ceiling and the previous ID approval has been revised as per latest approval because of service maintenance accessibility requirement for the MEP.
So, we submitted following submittal as per revised ceiling drawing based on approval of mock up room in rest area.
- Our drawing for 60×60 panel and lighting layout must be provided by ID based on the new proposal and drawing submittal ref no: CC/AP/269/SH/CIV/ID/032 and CC/AP/269/MAT/CIV/228.
- We are also submittied the material approved submittal along with this drawing based on mock up approval in the unit NO 5 at the second floor for your formal approval.
- The physical samples which are used in mock up room are also submitted for your record and confirmation.
