Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we are kindly requesting for the confirmation as per the attached Verbal Instruction happened during the meeting held on 16/10/2017 for the following:

1. With regards to the headboard panel cut-outs for the sockets and position of the sockets on the wall are not aligning, it was decided that the main contractor will provide additional back box on the hardboard and Home Center will have the panel length in excess of 50mm on both panels in order to adjust across the width of the room.
2. With regarding the door frame installation and due to the varied partition thickness, it was agreed to proceed with door frame production keeping a constant width 2 constant width of 127 mm for the partitions. The door frame and the architrave will be flushed to the partition on the corridor side and all variation depth will have to be adjusted on the room side with the architrave using filter pieces/sealant.
