Confirmation of MEP service location marking by the Kitchen Subcontractor

  ub          : Regarding marking checked by the Kicthen sub contractor and intimation for the rework.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you we have been checked the marking @ ground floor and intimating for the rework as detail mentioned below and photo attached.

1. There is one new socket to be fixed as shown in photo.
2. One sockets which to be modified/ refixed at 450mm height with the new size of conduit.
3. We shifted the DB in the electrical room, now we must cut the wall from ceiling to the floor level to run all conduits for cable up socket/switch termination point from electrical room.

So, there are the variation work for modifications, which includes following scope.

1. Cutting, chipping & replaster for the 2 nos of socket.
2. 60cm wide, cutting & chipping in the wall for the cable route, repairing & replaster.
3. The MEP work due to shifting the DB in the electrical room and related additional work to run all the cercuites with power and lighting point.

So, this is for your kind information & inspection as well as to issue the variation work instruction.
