      Sub      : Regarding approval pending for false ceiling drawing submitted on xxx ref no xxx (Reminder-1)

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that false ceiling drawing which were submitted on 24/8/xxx ref no CC/AP/269/SH/CIV/ID/021 after your preliminary review and as not been approved or commented till date and note the following.

1. we canot start the flase ceiling work until the lighting control system sub contractor not nominated and handover by them floor to floor .
2.  We submitted our false ceiling variation and till date it is not approved and we do not have the variation instruction from your end to excecute.
3. We canot  fabricate and fix plenum box untill RCP  drawing not approved

So, without approval of these drawings we cannot proceed kindly, release RCP drawings as soon as possible and there is impact to start and finish false ceiling work and it will also delay all successor activities related final fixer and finishes.
