Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we are submitting the tile sample after cutting the tile for resizing to eliminate the defect in size of the tile supplied by the client & kindly note the material. 

1. The width of the tile as been reduced by 3mm and length will be remain same as most of the defects in width due to cutting.
2. If any difference in length needs to be accept/no choice because if, they cut the tile in two dimension the cost of the cutting may be more than the material cost.

SO, this is for your kind intimation that client arranging the third party to cut the tile in same size and will be deliver back to site.
