With reference to above, we are handed over the GSM issue and Etisalat documents to MR.xxx, which we submitted and received copy attached herewith which we haned over 29/9/17 and kindly note the following.

1. We handed over the documents on 1/2/17 ref no xxx and we sent reminder dtd on xxx.
2. As we discussed with Mr. Mahmood Contact No: xxx he explained that if we close the false ceiling their work cannot be exceuted and they will ask to remove and that wiil be the rework.

So, this is for your kind information that we are waiting the reply since 1/02/17, and request to do the needful or advise.
