Subject        : Submission variation order no: 19 for the false ceiling and request to issue the variation instruction to execute the work at site.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we are submitting the false ceiling variation for corridor ceiling as per revised drawing issued by your office and mock up approved on xxx approved by client and kindly note the following.

1. This variation raised due to change in the design drawing issued by your office ref no: AP/CC/269/66/362 dtd: 4th july 17.
2. We are attachtning 1/24 to 24/24 pages for our claim.
3. Our estimated cost  for our variation no: 19 is AED 162,807 Diharms (One Hundred sixty two thoshand  eighty hundred  and seven only)

So, kindly review and record our variation as well as issue the variation instruction to excute the variation work or advise.

Please note that we required variation instruction prior to execute the work.
