Subject     :  Discrepancy in nomination letter issued on 15^th August xx xxx and another communication xxx ON 19^TH August xxx.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we have two different instructions which created confusion to us due to discrepancy in the instruction as explained below.

1. The nomination issued 15^th august AP/269/313 your nominated sub contractor is M/S Al Reman Building maintaince LLCand matirial White Granite & Brown Granite for sills.
2. Your communication on 19^th August 17 AP/269/CC/410 you confirmed the “White Tassos” for the window sill for the blue room and” Nano Whilte” (previously approved) for Orange room.
3. Our describtion in item no 1 and 2 as described above have descrepency and we are unable to decide , shall we follow the 15^th August 17 or 19^th August 17.
4. Kindly note that the sill size in width varring from 150mm to 350mm at various location /drawing /site condition but your nomination is issued for only 300mm which is not as per our drawing since sizes are varring order to be placed as per drawing size.

So, kindly review and advise for the decrepency btween two communication for same item from your office as well as the requirment of sill size also to be reviwed and revise nomination to be issuedif required.
