Subject : Regarding GRMS Drawing provided by client on 19.04.17 from proposed subcontractor (GRMS)
Dear Sir
With reference to the above, we recfdeived the drawing from the employer for GRMS work provided by the GRMS proposed subcontractor (GRMS subcontractor nomibnation awited). And in mock up room we fixed the conduits as per drawing provided on 27.07.16 along with the requirement shown by the employer at site. Kindly note the following:
- As per new Drawing issued by client on 19.04.17 there is an additional circuit requirement and we must fix two more conduits from thermostat location to relay point to fulfill the requirement of new drawing.
- There will be rework in mock to remove the Gypsum board and we must provide additional conduit, this to be recorded and the claim will be raised along with GRSM variation.
- The GRMS variation will be submitted after nomination of subcontractor along with quotation and terms and condition and his scope by knowing inclusion and exclusion.
So, this is for your kind information that we are attaching the schismatic diagram signed and issued by client given by ASPIRE (Proposed subcontractor) and notifying to implement the same and request to issue the instruction.
