Subject : Regarding revise submission for partition as per your instruction ref no: AP/269/CC/270, DT.11.03.17, mentioned in item no.01 on page 02 of 02
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that, the revise submission for partition wall which was submitted on dated 13.03.17 through our submittal no.CC/AP/269/SH/CIV/ID/014 ( as per your instruction )and we want to confirm and highlight the following in prior to your review and approve the same.
- Our revised submittal fulfill the specification requirement for the wall thickness and acoustic rating mentioned in tender drawing within the tolerance limit including the fire fighting requirement.
- Mock up room wall thickness is 122mm and our proposal is 102mm, mock up acoustic rating is 55dB and our proposal have 50dB with tolerance limit .
- We want to inform you that, as per the approved drawing for mock up room area, (ref:submittal ref no:CC/AP/269/SH/CIV/ID/008 R1 dt.05.03.17 ),wall thickness at system accommodated all the required services for ID and MEP, Since we have 122mm wall thickness.
- In our revised proposal submitted ,the ID companent and MEP services i.e., GI boxes, wash basin supply and drainage line as well as media hub GI boxes which will be fixed back to back including double shutter interconnecting door which cannot be fixed in our revised proposal due to decrease in the wall thickness.
Meantime, while you review, we want to notify our concern before the approval of revised partition drawing which cannot be implemented because of techinacl coordination and service requirement including ID and advice accordingly.
So, the mock up rooms took more than two months to accommodate the requirements of ID and MEP by having multiple meetings and option selected. This is the only best possible option to execute the partition work to meet all requirement or advice on our submittals which we feel that, there are multiple issues and may lead further delay of the project due to the partition issue and other consequences related.
Regards,
