Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we are hereby undertaking the following to inspect the 12^th slab and approve for the DM with following consideration:

1. Kindly inspect the slab and apply to DM as per your satisfaction for the DM compliance and we will responsible for any DM comments or rejection.

• We will have another inspection after completion of MEP work before the concrete and we will not cast the concrete without your clearance.

So, kindly inspect the slab and clear for the DM inspection after your satisfaction and we will follow your instructions for the same.
