With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that as per the minutes meeting discussion held on dated xxx with reference to minutes of progress meeting no.67 & 68 , you have still not addressed the point number 5 i.,e from 5.1 to 5.6 .(copy attached )
Kindly provide your log and update by tomorrow i.e., dated 31.01.17 as we need to write back to the consultant.
Furthermore, this will work against the Main contractor in concurrent delay and our extension will be considered as null and void till this issue is solved.
So, kindly look into this matter and your immediate action is highly appreciable.
