With reference to the above referred project, as per the payment terms of the contract we are submitting here with our cheque no. XXX open dated for AED XXX (AED XXX and 00/100 only) drawn on Emirates NBD, Main Branch, as guarantee for 10% advance payment.
This cheque is issued as a Guarantee check. The cheque must be returned back to us once the advanced is fully recovered.
