Subject : Request to issue variation for Metallu for substation & RMU door modification.
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, your office issued the variation instruction directly to us on July 3rd 2017.and it was not addressed to the Arkiplan.
So, the consultant needs variation approval address to them for modification of substation and RUM room as per comment issued by the dewa
Please issue the variation instruction to the consultant for AED 8000 for the variation carried out by Metallu to comply the Dewa inspection same needs to be included in our running invoice for approve by consultant.
Kindly note that we submitted the Metallu invoice for AED 93,602.80 including the variation mentioned above, the invoice amount to be claim in our invoice with the variation amount.
