Dear Sir,

               With reference to the above subject, we have received the revised drawing as per above mention reference no. and date. Kindly note the following:

1. It is simply the document transfer without any comment/special instruction, either for the Action/Information/Record.
2. As we verbally discuss and you confirm that this revised architectural drawing needs to be executed at site and we must make necessary change in approved structural drawing as well as needs to be submitted for your approval.
3. We already instructed the MEP contractor to revise the MEP Drawings as per this change.
4. We will analyze the impact in all respect and will be intimated accordingly.
5. Our kind request that any revision in the drawing should be released through your site office only with the covering letter since this is the changed in the approved document.
