Subject:           Regarding your meeting with the client and status update

Dear Mayur,

 With ref. to above, during most of our telephonic conversations we received from your end that you have direct meeting with the employer since you are supplying the elevators for many projects of them but for our project you have never updated us regarding the outcome of the meetings with the client.

 Now, the issue regarding the door opening, how it has been resolved by the client we have no update from your end and the reason for delay in the submission of the drawings.

 So, prior to the submission of the drawings we need a written confirmation from your end that how the issue of the door opening was resolved by our client and what are the changes in the lift configuration, which must be informed to us in formal letter for reconfirmation from the employer to validate your statement.

 If there is any change in the agreed document, we have to record the change after confirmation of the same from our client otherwise we will not be responsible and we consider as the breach of the contract.

 So, kindly reply back to our letter prior to submission of the drawings.
