With reference to the above mentioned subject, we have given you numerous calls for the dumb waiter handing over. Even we are calling your sub-contractor, neither you or your sub-contractor is not serious to hand over. We have the following issues which please note:

- The Consultant rejected the inspection because of the many issues for the finishing and we intimated you many times through phone.
So, kindly do the needful as soon as possible time as you are also delaying our other sub-contractor.
