            With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we received Advance Revised Drawing from your office in soft copy format for total nine numbers with a note that “For Information”, kindly note the following:

1. As we discussed after received this transmittal and you confirm that these revised drawing need to be implement at site, requested formal confirmation from your end.
2. We would like to intimate that the structural and architectural drawings have dimension discrepancy or both drawings not matching.
3. Once you confirm and clear the same we’ll analyze the impact for any change in respect of scope and cost both.

So, kindly confirm formally to execute these changes and review the discrepancy
