   Subject             : Regarding Aluminum and Glazing subcontractor (Metalu) attitude and work under hold.

Dear Sir,

With reference of the above mentioned subject, we are facing issue with Aluminum and Glazing subcontractor (Metalu) and kindly note the following:

1. Metalu has stopped work at site, not fixing aluminum work at mockup area as per our instruction.

2.  Metalu invoice issue for the variation work, the consultant approved only the original variation AED 24,000.00, and additional modification variation AED 8841.00 didn’t approved in our monthly progress invoice because they need confirmation from client.

3. We submitted “Letter from Contractor to Subcontractor (annexure –B)” to Metalufor signature, there are not signing despite our continue follow-up. Without this Annexure-B your office will not release their money.

So, this is for your kind information that we are suffering due to the Aluminum and Glazing subcontractor attitude an issue. Meantime kindly approved the additional modification variation of AED 8841.00
