   Subject         : Our under taking letter for Tower carne removal within 70 days before transformer failure.

Dear Sir,

We would like to request you that our substation inspection not being cleared due to Tower carne nears the substation door at ground floor.

We would like to inform you and under taking that we will remove tower crane before transformer delivery/within 70 days.

Furthermore  at this stage  our roof structural work in progress and we not  remove the tower cane without completion the structure  and this is the only  location at our project site to fix the tower crane  and  we install the crane by keeping 2.5 meter space from crane body and 2.3m from the opening.

Mean time we also request that if 2.5m is workable space to take the transformer in the substation room, The contractor (Chirag Contracting LLC) will provide all  kind of the logistic support  at the time of the shifting the transformer in the substation .

Meantime we are attaching our consultant confirmation that for external paint approval by consultants.

So, kindly consider our request and review the drawing attached with our under taking that we will remove the tower crane within 70 days from now.
