With reference to the above, we would like to request you to kindly provide us three parking permissions to be reserved for the above mentioned project for xxx Contacting L.L.C for 15 days (September 1^st, 2016 to September 15^th, 2016).

We are submitting required documents and drawings to locate the three number of parking’s required to be reserved.

So, kindly consider our request and provide us the same as mentioned in our drawings and photo.
