nnnn- Substructure foundation, reinforced in –situ concrete frame comprising ground floor plus floors, with roof level and services blocks.
- Internal and external finishes inclusive of waterproofing, insulation, supply and installation of doors and windows and all equipment and facilities identified in the Contract documents.
- The installation of Electro Mechanical Works inclusive of testing and commissioning
- External Works finishing as per specification & Drawings

nnnRelated: Narrative Report for a Baseline Schedule., Window Analysis (time Impact Analysis – Tia) in Construction., Methodology or Technique Use to Determine or Prepare the Extension of Time Claim.
nAs per the safety plan submitted we are started implementations of safety plan at site as the following:
nnnn- Site workers/staff Safety Induction are done and Monthly/weekly safety reports/TBT Attached.
- Fire extinguishers 12 sets delivered at site and installed at various locations.
- Safety Mandatory and Safety Statistics board has installed at entrance gate and another safety precautions board has installed all over the site.
- Helmets, safety shoes and uniforms are made completion to all staff members and workers at site.
- First aid box has installed at site offices.
- All the safety signage has installed.
- Excavated area has been protected by safety accessories and installed deep excavation board.
