Dear Sir,

Further to your instruction to proceed with the order of the Intelligent Glass for the Master Bathroom, we would like to draw your attention to the current situation at site as of 1^st May xxx (refer to attached photos) where we cannot take the site measurement as the area is not practically ready.

In view of this, we will proceed with the order based on the approved shop drawings, however, any changes later on the dimensions will not be our responsibility, as the Intelligent Glass once manufactured cannot be rectified.

Please confirm your approval in order for us to proceed further.
