Dear Sir,
We are in receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 18th August xxx in response to our letter reference xxx dated 17th August xxx wherein you have stated that it is our responsibility to protect our works.
Please be informed that your statement is highly noted, however, your statement applies only to work that is completed by us without being affected by other uncompleted works. Our submitted Notice of Claim for damages is due to uncoordinated works done by ASCON workers and/or other Subcontractors working under your responsibility in which they have remove our installed materials without coordinating to us which resulted to damages.
In view of the above, we reiterate our claims for damages, all the relevant details will be submitted in due course.
