Dear Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 5th September xxx regarding the alleged delay in mock-up flat material delivery and would like to assure you that we are doing our utmost best to comply with the requirements in providing the materials for the mock-up flat.
Please be informed that yesterday, 5th September xxx we have delivered the doors for the mock-up flat (refer to the attached delivery note) and we are currently manufacturing the Kitchen Cabinets, Vanity and Wardrobes and tentative delivery will be on 10th September xxx.
