Dear Sir,

Further to our Subcontract Agreement reference xxx dated 11^th November xxx and to the recently received specifications for the Wood and Veneer, please be informed that there will be cost implication between the provided specifications of Walnut Wood and Veneer to what we priced as Beech Wood/Beech Veneer and Laminate.

In view of the above, this letter will serve as our Notice of Claim for additional cost and all relevant cost details with regards to this change in specification will be provided in due course.

In the meantime, we request your approval to proceed further.
