We refer to the exchanges of emails between M/s ASCON and Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors in relation to the Final Accounts of the Original Contract Works and to your recently held meeting with Xxx (Name of the Subcontractor) Interiors representative Mr. Armando Mallari on 3^rd May 2016 regarding the same, we are submitting herewith the Final Accounts Claim based on the certified quantities by M/s ASCON amounting to AED xxx (UAE Dirham xxx Only).

We trust that the attached documents will be sufficient for your certification of our claims; moreover, we reject any deduction that may be applied by M/s ASCON on our Final Accounts.
