Dear Sir,

We are in receipt of your letter reference xxx dated 7^th August xxx regarding the revised scope of works for the External Doors, while we confirm that Villa A18 was carried out by others, however, we have instructed our site team to re-verify Villas C83 and D47 considering that as per our record these 2 villas External Doors were installed by our team, nevertheless, after the re-verification, we will confirm to you accordingly.

Moreover, we refute your statement regarding the inaccuracy of the total number of External Doors which is under our scope of works that instead of 214 it is only 201. We would like to refer you in your letter reference no. 3 above dated 26^th July xxx, wherein you have highlighted that the scope of works for Romeo Interiors is 214 as per the Master Plan attached on your letter, hence, the same were provided in our letter number 2 above. Therefore, if our given quantities on our letter no. 2 bove are inaccurate as you have claimed, then, this is due to the inaccurate information we receive on your above referred letter no. 3.
