Subject : Undertaking Letter for the MS Ceiling Frame
To whom so ever it may concern,
Xxx fabricate all the steel frames within our facility as per the design requirement incorporating the access panels opening in the pods. This is not considered as a structural element in any case because there is no load coming in these ceiling frames. Xxx are using the welded steel frame for the pods because this gives the required rigidity for the pods during transportation and lifting.
However Xxx have conducted tests internally as a part of Quality assurance on which can take the responsibility up to 200KG dead load above the pods which means 2 person laying down on top of the pod for any future maintenance if required.
