Subject : Issue for additional tile order from M/s xxx and Al xxx, as well as the new tile nomination for tile code TL-01, TL-08, TL-09 from ID drawing
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above and our letter ref :CC/AP/295/17 DT.23.02.17, we would like to inform you that, kindly finalize for the tile from M/s Envirotech and M/s Al shaya for additional area as per revised schedule and note the following:
- This additional tile work either client can supply the material from M/ s Al shaya and M/s envirotech or we need engineer’s instruction to proceed to order for this addaitional scope i.e., variation which include the floor tile of the future cafetaia in basement .
- The new ID drawing issued with the tile code TL-01, TL-08 & TL-09 , the selection to be made by the client, supplier to be nominated and tile to be supplied .
So, this is for your kind intimation and to do needful .
request you to please release the MEP IFC drawings for the 14th floor at the earliest.
