Dear Mr. Charbel,
We refer to your 5th Revision schedule on the deliveries of xxx Club cabinets where the completion date was on 29th of September xxx.
xxx still need to deliver approximately 80 cabinets to site as of today. We are not getting any feedback or response on the deliveries from your end and no action plan to compete the above mentioned project. Due to the default on deliveries/ delays we are unable to claim our money from the client for the work we had done. As mentioned in our previous correspondences this will lead to damages & penalties and the same will be back charged to Romeo Interiors.
We urge you to take immediate action to complete the deliveries at the earliest to reduce the impact on your damages.
