Dear Mr. Amir Boshra,
Further to below mail and variation submitted earlier, we could find more items Stolen and damaged at site now than the list provided earlier. For your information we have already procured all the materials and installed at site as per the list provided earlier in the Variation (VTC-12). Now we are in bad situation where we cannot invest more money on these new damages and request you to approve and provide us the site instruction for the procurement of below mentioned list of materials. These materials are required for the completing the snags and handover the project to you.
- Shower glass door handle – 8 nos (Stolen at site)
- Mirror for Full height cabinet – 29 nos (Damaged at site by others)
- Wash basin Popup – 5 nos (Stolen at site)
- Soap dish – 15 nos (Stolen at site)
- Glass shelves in shower area (Master Pods) – 20 nos (Stolen at site)
- Glass shelves in shower area (Standard Pods) – 10 nos (Stolen at site)
- Glass shelves in bathtub area (Master Pods) – 2 nos (Stolen at site)
- Shower Head – 1 nos (Stolen at site)
