Subject         :  Our Undertaking Letter for  Inspection and Comment for Rejection for 

                          Access at elevation no2 between grid 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 floor.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, we are hereby requesting you that because  of the Sub-station and Tower Crane we are unable to give the safe access for your inspection at height for external plaster between grid 2 to 5 and between floor 7 to 9.

So, we are hereby undertaking to allow us to work in our risk and cost and  to execute for the same as we are in very tight schedule.

Kindly allow us with this undertaking.
