Dear Mr. Raphael,
With reference to the above mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that as we discussed that the inspection of the Third Party for different stages must be carried out as per Dubai Municipality/Civil Defense regulation and kindly note the following:
- Provide us the accreditation certificate for your third party and your proof of hiring which we do not have copy with us.
- Kindly provide their visit schedule and it must be witnessed by the consultant and their report to be issued for every stage as required.
