Subject Regarding tiling work under hold at Basement toilet, Ground floor and First floor
Dear Sir,
With reference to above , we have provided the BOH quantity through our vide letter ref no: CC/AP/201/16 on dated 05.12.16 and we received the nomination only for typical floor sanitary ware supplier (AP/269/290 DT.17.01.17 ) and for rest of the building ,till date we have not received any nomination . Kindly note the following:
- Without providing the sanitary ware material , we cannot complete the block work and plaster to fix the tile at any basement , ground floor and first floor and it holding our civil work prior to hand over the site to interior team and all area under hold since Nov,2016.
- The urinal mixer must be fix in the block wall but there is a drawing discrepancy and we raised the RFI through :CEM/269/RFI/18 Dt.26.03.17 for basement area.
- As per the telephonic conversation with M/s Citymax , they required the quantity of sanitary ware . So, again we are attaching the same.
Furthermore, we would like to intimate you that,due to non avalaibility of sanitary ware, the tiling work from Basement to First floor under hold and Contractor should not be held responsible for delay of the work and have “rights reserved” to claim the extension of time and cost.
