Subject               : Termination of Subcontract Agreement

Dear Mr. Imran,

With reference to the aforementioned subject, We and Client mutually agree to terminate the Contract entered between us to construct G+1 Private Villa for xxx On Plot No. xxx At Nad Al Shiba First, Dubai, UAE, and the same will be applicable to M/S xxx Technical Services L.L.C., as Subcontractor. However, we have shared all the engineering approval and your company contact details with the Client to coordinate further in the interest of the project completion.

From this moment, our company will need your cooperation, we would like to receive all the outstanding relevant invoices till the Ducting work done by you in the Ground floor and First floor. We will release certified amount by xxx team on due course.

Please confirm the receipt of this letter as termination of our contract and the closing of our account. If you have any questions or further clarifications, you may require you may contact us in our office.
