Subject : Regarding substation transformer shifting and issue of the advance payment to subcontractor and contract between Chirag contracting and subcontractor
Dear Sir,
With respect to above we are hereby informing you that as per undertaking letter issued to DEWA by Citymax, you suppose to sign the contract with DEWA subcontractor for shifting the transformer as well as you issued letter to DEWA for the nomination also
Now to support the project and our coordination as a main contractor we sign the contract with your nominated subcontractor “M/s Total Electrical and Mechanical LLC” and payment for this variation work to be made directly by your office only on our behalf for this variation work
So, we submitted advance payment guarantee Cheque issued by our subcontractor for Chirag Contracting as we have agreement with them
As we requested for advance payment to subcontractor you are not releasing the advance payment and instructed that the advance guarantee Cheque for the name of Citymax Hotel Management LLC and our subcontracting is not ready to replace the Cheque since no contract with Citymax and Total and their concern is self-explanatory
So, kindly release the advance payment on behalf of Chirag Contracting and we will responsible for your advance payment and to deal with subcontractor.
