Subject            : Regarding Submission of 03 sets of pool subcontractor agreement copy to stamp

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the documents  which are released to main contractor through your vide letter reference AP/269/CC /220  Dated 25.01.17 for addendum to the approved quotation for swimming pool where there is no M/s xxx Consultant stamp .

So, we are hereby attaching new amended document with the previously stamped documents which include the quotation copy that is neither stamped nor signed and kindly note the following:

1. We have received the amended  documents on 25.01.17  which is not stamped by your office as the pool subcontractor have 10 year warranty so we need the stamp on all papers which are released yesterday i.e., 25.01.17.

• In the quotation and shop drawing, pool subcontractors are asking for RCC recycling tank from main contractor for that we have already communicated to your office for your review and instruction ,please advise.

So, kindly stamp wherever we put the stickers in all 03 sets and return back to us to submit to pool subcontractor for their stamp .
