Dear Mr. Amith,
With reference to above, we would like to request you to confirm in formal manner that client didn’t award any solid block work above the copping beam as shown in your DM approved drawing and not the part of your shoring contract as you verbally instructed to us.
As the work was carried out by XXX Contracting we want to claim our variation for the additional work, we need formal confirmation from your end to support our claim.
So, kindly confirm in a formal manner in reply of our communication also provide your approved quotation or contract copy to support your statement that this scope is not your part of contract.
