With reference to the above, we would like to intimate you that we are the main contractor for the project mentioned above and request you for the permit for minor road diversion 24 hours from October 25th 03:00 PM to 26th 02:59 PM to place concrete pump in front of our plot as per the attached drawing.
Kindly consider our request and grant us the permit to have temporary road diversion.
