Dear Mayur,

With ref. to above, after continuous follow up for the shop drawings of elevators and dumb waiter drawings we would like to get the following points to your notice:

1. The consultant clearly indicated in letter ref. AP/269/CC/143 dt.17.09.16, point no 1, denying for any structural chipping.

•  Regarding LOP your statement mentioned is unclear, it must be integrated with the shop drawings as well as match  the requirement as discussed in the meeting held on dt.31.08.16.

• Required to submit the shop drawings accordingly

So, kindly submit all the shop drawings as per the comments discussed in the meeting and as intimated above. Also we require the tentative deliver date of the lift.
